CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 225(RES) "An Act authorizing the                         
commissioner of fish and game to issue permits to possess, import,             
or export elephants; and providing for an effective date" was read             
the second time.                                                               
                                                                               
Senator Halford moved and asked unanimous consent that the bill be             
advanced to third reading and placed on final passage.  Without
